QUALITY IN EDUCATION (ISSN 0717-4004)

Calidad en la Educación is a six-monthly monographic journal founded in 1993. It is published by the Higher Council of Education (Consejo Superior de Educación, CSE) and provides up-to-date information about recent innovations and debates in the field of higher education in Chile and the world. It receives study articles, essays and relevant case studies about management, teaching and policy development, among others. It is addressed to authorities, academicians, and administrators of the education system.

The papers are reviewed by the Editing Committee and are then submitted to peer review –in accordance with the journal’s editorial guidelines– who decide which papers will be published. The articles are the responsibility of their authors and do not represent the opinion of the Higher Council of Education.

All contributions must meet the editorial standards of Calidad en la Educación. (as indicated in the Instructions for Authors) which are published in the back pages of the journal. La revista Calidad en la Educación del Consejo Superior de Educación es una publicación semestral, fundada en 1993, que entrega información actualizada sobre innovaciones y debates recientes del ámbito de la educación superior en Chile y el mundo. Recibe artículos de estudios, ensayos y comunicaciones de experiencias relevantes en materia de gestión, docencia e implementación de políticas, entre otras.

Previamente a su publicación, los artículos son revisados por evaluadores externos, de acuerdo con las pautas que se incluyen en la revista, quienes asesoran al Comité Editorial respecto de la selección del material que cada número incluye. Los artículos son de responsabilidad de los autores y no reflejan la opinión del Consejo Superior de Educación.

Toda colaboración debe ceñirse a las normas de publicación de Calidad en la Educación (instrucciones a los autores) que se indican en páginas finales de la revista.
